As part of our network infrastructure optimization, we will be changing the primary IP addresses of several game nodes.
Affected nodes: GAME-NODE-21, GAME-NODE-22, GAME-NODE-23, GAME-RYZEN-03 to GAME-RYZEN-11
Impact:
- Your game server's connection IP address will change
- A short downtime of a few minutes per node is expected during the switchover
- New IP addresses will be automatically updated on your management panel
What you need to do:
- After the maintenance, retrieve your server's new IP from your panel
- Update your favorites, server lists, custom DNS records and any external configurations (bots, APIs, monitoring)
- If you use a domain name pointing to your server, remember to update your DNS record
No data will be lost. Servers will restart automatically once the switchover is complete.

Our infrastructure provider will migrate our PAR5 site (Digital Realty) to PA6 (Equinix) during the night of Saturday 1st to Sunday 2nd August 2026.
Work starts at 00:00 CEST. All services hosted on PAR5 will be unavailable while the hardware is transported and brought back online. The announced window (00:00 – 14:00) includes a safety margin: we expect services back around 05:00, but we prefer to over-communicate rather than leave you without visibility if anything slips.
No action is required on your side — services will come back automatically once the hardware is racked at the new site. We'll update this page as the migration progresses.
