Infrastructure Maintenance – Blade Chassis & Network Cards (DC2SCALE-PAR3)

We will be performing a major infrastructure maintenance operation on our blade chassis at our DC2SCALE-PAR3 datacenter facility. This maintenance involves the physical relocation of one of the two blade units within the M1000e chassis (M1K01/M1K02), as well as the replacement of network interface cards on both blades.

Due to the nature of this operation, all services hosted on the affected blades will be fully interrupted during the maintenance window. This includes game nodes, VPS infrastructure, and any client-dedicated servers physically located on these blades.

Our team will be on-site throughout the entire maintenance window to ensure the work is completed as efficiently as possible. We will provide updates as the operation progresses and will close this maintenance early if work is completed ahead of schedule.

We will be performing a memory upgrade operation on several game server nodes across our DC2SCALE-PAR3 infrastructure. Additional RAM will be physically installed on the listed nodes in order to improve overall performance and capacity for game server hosting.

Each affected node will require a full power cycle to complete the upgrade, resulting in a short interruption of all game servers running on that node at the time of intervention. Nodes will be brought back online individually as soon as their upgrade is complete — we do not expect all nodes to be offline simultaneously.

Please note that interventions will be carried out sequentially and according to progress. Not all listed nodes may be serviced within this maintenance window; any node not reached during this window will be rescheduled.

We recommend saving your game server data and notifying your players in advance. Services will be restored node by node throughout the window.
