We are currently migrating our game servers to our new panel, one node at a time.
If your server no longer appears on the old panel (game.yorkhost.fr), this is expected: it has already been migrated. It is now available on the new panel, with all its files, backups, databases and subusers.
How to access it: log in to your YorkHost client area and click “Open panel”. You don’t need to create a new account.
Your server address (IP and port) stays the same, so your players don’t need to change anything.
While its node is being migrated, your server is offline for a few minutes, then restarts automatically.
You will receive an email when the migration of your server starts and another when it is complete.
On your first login, choose a new password, and re-enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if you used it.
For SFTP, the host and username change. You’ll find them in the “Settings” tab of the new panel.
