    We have made significant progress in securing our Plesk infrastructure. Several protections have been implemented:

    • Enhanced application-level rate limiting

    • Optimized anti-flood protection

    • Improved malicious request filtering

    These measures should greatly improve the stability and security of your services.

    Compensation: To apologize for any inconvenience experienced, we are offering 10 free days to all our customers. Simply open a support ticket to claim it.

    Suite aux incidents survenus, nous avons renforcé notre infrastructure de protection. Afin de garantir une sécurité optimale de votre site web, nous vous recommandons vivement d'activer le mode Proxy (icône orange) sur vos enregistrements DNS Cloudflare.

    Comment activer le mode Proxy :

    1. Connectez-vous à votre tableau de bord Cloudflare

    2. Accédez à la section DNS

    3. Cliquez sur l'icône nuage gris à côté de vos enregistrements A et AAAA

    4. L'icône doit devenir orange (Proxied)

    Cette configuration permet de masquer l'adresse IP réelle de votre serveur et de bénéficier de la protection anti-DDoS de Cloudflare.

    We are currently experiencing a major service disruption affecting our Web and Reseller Web hosting services (Plesk infrastructure).

    What's happening:

    Our infrastructure is under targeted DDoS attacks using TLS Encrypted methods. This sophisticated attack exploits encrypted HTTPS traffic, making traditional mitigation ineffective.

    Current status:

    We are unable to guarantee immediate service restoration for Plesk-based services. The only viable mitigation would require each customer to configure upstream filtering (Cloudflare, Sucuri), which is not scalable.

    Available solutions:

    - Customers with technical expertise can migrate to our VPS plans (isolated infrastructure)

    - Contact support to discuss migration options

    Compensation:

    Affected customers will receive compensation. Details will be communicated soon.

    Legal action:

    The malicious actor has been identified. Legal proceedings are being initiated.
